ARTMED Aesthetics and Wellness formerly known as Touch of Beauty Day Spa.

Touch of Beauty Day Spa was established by Hilde St. Claire in 1996. A unique calm oasis in Palm Desert that focuses on offering a wide selection of therapeutic, relaxing treatments. It was formed from the idea that corrective and calming treatments need to be performed in a nurturing, warm, and inviting space in order to truly be effective.​ It was her ambition to make each visit one of tranquility and relaxation.
During the pandemic, Hilde had no choice but to sell the business. Candice Mangosing, who has been working for Hilde for a several years and considered Hilde as a great mentor, decided to take over the business. Being an Esthetician and Massage Therapist, she decided to provide rejuvenating massage therapy, body scrubs, and body wraps services in addition to variety of skin treatments. Touch of Beauty Day Spa has continued providing services to people with the same dedication along with other elevated traditional spa experiences.
In the beginning of 2024, Touch of Beauty Day Spa had a life altering turn of events that led for it to no longer continue. During that time, a starting Med Spa company was searching for a great location and looking to expand their business. A couple named MJ and Mhykee met with Candice and immediately fell in love with the whole concept of what the spa offers and represents. By having the same goal and outlook in business—to provide quality service and to make each visit a tranquil and relaxed experience—the connection between the two companies is like a match made in heaven.
By April 2024, ArtMed Aesthetics and Wellness took over the location of Touch of Beauty Day Spa. ArtMed focuses on elevating the art of beauty while providing an elegant and quality care for all. ArtMed will be expanding the place from a Day Spa to a Med Spa experience while keeping the same dedication and service idealism to current and new clients. MJ being a Licensed Nurse Practitioner is offering Botox, Fillers, IV Vitamin Therapy in addition with other elevated traditional spa experiences.
As the company grows, we will be bringing in more medical professionals ie: RN, NP and MD onboard to add more quality services and to elevate everyone's experiences. Also hiring more licensed Estheticians and certified Massage Therapists to provide availability to all requests. While we undergone renovation and changes in the company, we will continue to provide services with the same dedication, idea and ambition in the business of nourishing the mind, body, and soul.
